Controversial creche

Today I done something super new. In the midst of all the corona crazyness I had my first day at creche today!

Mummy and papa have went back and forth a gazillion times over what to do, send me or not send me... what are the risks, will I be safe, is it necessary and in the end they decided to try it for a half day today.

On the one hand mummy will be working from.home hen she starts back next week and they know babies and kids are likely to be around so I could stay. On the other hand mummy thinks it's going to be tough enough to switch into work mode while staying home without me kicking around in the background.

Also... I've never really been left with anyone and I'm a bit of a princess when it comes to naps so they weren't sure the transition would be smooth.

Anyway, they agreed to try it out today and I am super happy they did. There were only 4 children I total and so I got plenty attention, the lady told my mummy that I chatted and laughed the whole time, but indeed screamed the house down when they left me alone to go for a nap. Happy to report I was so wild they gave in and picked me up as I was making the other kids cry too! But for the rest I loved it! Mummy took this photo when she came to collect me and you can see I would have been just fine staying there for a while longer.

Bed time (touch wood mummy says) was also a breeze tonight, a combination of rising hell every 30 minutes last night and the excitement today means I've conked out nice and early.... but let's see if it stays like that!
