A lovely spring day

After yesterday finishing my marathon reading session with a Ted Hughes biography it took me over a week to get through, last night and today I've had much more lightweight fun with Ann Cleeves latest best seller The Long Call. Enjoyed them both, now I just need to decide where to go next.
Managed to fit some more light work in the garden and also enjoyed a cup of tea out there. Shirtsleeves weather for the first time this year.
I don't know if all the doom and gloom will hit us later but for now we are doing well. Cheered in the knowledge that daily exercise includes tending the allotment. We had ordered wood yesterday to repair the raised beds so we are pleased we will be able to get on with it.
Skyped Gorgeous Boy this morning. Technology is a boon.
