Dual canine water dispenser

The very nice Tearooms/Restaurant in our town has kindly offered passing canines, or any other species I suppose, a constant supply of fresh drinking water throughout this very cold spell - most mornings as I pass by to work the water has been frozen but by lunchtime, not only are the customers in the Tearooms enjoying hot meals, hot drinks and a warm place to sit, but the canines' water requirements have been attended to as well.
