A Quiet Place

I had to pop into the office today to grab my new work laptop so that I can actually be an efficient and contributing member of the team, and walking around Town was a bit weird. I was surprised by the number of people still lingering about in some spots given that a lot of shops are in some stage of closure, but it was still weirdly quiet for Birmingham City Centre. If it was for a less terrifying reason I'd probably rather enjoy the peace, but as it stands it was just a bit depressing and eerie. Still, I got my laptop so now I can safely hole up at home.
