I tuned an orchid upside down (not intentionally) resulting in bark all over the bathroom, in the toilet, in the toilet, in the bath. Later C dropped a dirty fish tank filter resulting in fish tank mud all over the floor. We should have stayed in bed. 

However, we did go out to get fish food, but the shop was closed (we did check their website before we left). While we were out we got a pot to re-pot another orchid, bird food, milk and a few other grocery bits.

Rest of the day was uneventful.
