Alone

A lovely walk through the woods and I bumped into The Builders Wife with their two dogs which made Oscar very happy! We passed The Nurse who used to walk at my old school - she had collected her son from London and was self isolating so we chatted to her at a safe distance! The Musician and his partner will be self isolating too as her sister is coming home from London also . They have both lot their jobs. The worse situation is with one of Vegan Jo's daughters - she is stuck in Peru. The friend she went with is 20 hours away and no buses available for them to get together for moral support. They are both nineteen, far too young despite their independent natures to be abroad and alone at such a time. As if this pandemic isn't frightening enough without this for them and their parents to have to deal with.
