Making Passata
When I went to L8 the other day, I came back with far too many tomatoes. Dunno why, it seemed like a decent idea at the time.
So we searched for some inspiration as to what to do with them. Settled on a tomato and anchovy risotto. It has a few advantages. It turned out to be rather good, so that box is ticked. It also takes at least 2 hours to make - we needed to make passata before we could even start on the risotto. That's another box ticked. We do, after all, have a fair amount of spare time.
Also learned today that BT Connect is at capacity and, the alternative, BT MeetMe is somewhat flaky. I suspect Zoom will go the same way soon - I have two video calls tomorrow. We'll see.
