Red Squirrel (Sciurus vulgaris)

#2 Daughter is self isolating because of a cough which fortunately has proved to be just the usual cold type cough.   She has suggested that having returned to blip after a "spell off" she might have to blip everything she owns.

I am not suggesting I will have to take such drastic action, there again we have a garden she is on the 3rd floor in Edinburgh.   However there are likely to be a lot of very similar blips birds, squirrels (in almost identical poses) and as things warm up the odd flower.

Our current visiting squirrel is a female who appears to be feeding young.  I am not sure if it is her individual temperament or condition but she sits around and eats the food rather than grabbing and running.  Today's shot is from the doorway of her with a hazel nut sitting on the bird bath (probably better to call it a drinker as i have seen many things drink but nothing bath.
