Still Trying

Took advantage of the early opening for wrinklies and at risks this morning to go and get some fresh fruit & veg.
It was good to see that there were no queues or sieges and staff were being treated with respect and politeness.

I got home and PD had been delivered so it was off out for a bit of fresh air and exercise. There were a few more dogs being walked than we normally see, but we were an hour or so later than usual so I have not worked out if the numbers are up or not. However, everyone was giving each other a wide berth so that was good.

After lunch SWMBO and I took PD out and walked over to collect the monsters and took them for a walk through the woods. One of the tasks Squirrel has for school is to write a piece about things she has seen, touched and smelt so she had plenty of content by the time she got home.

No doubt some people will be horrified by our actions, but SWMBO and I are following all the guidelines - as are Bags and family with regards to not socialising, keeping a 2m gap, touching nothing, washing hands etc.

As for the title today - I am still trying to get the perfect shot of the blackthorn blossom. Trying being the operative word.
