Popped out to the shop for essentials and took this on the way home. On the other side of the road from the bus shelter some fella was walking along having a massive row with someone on his phone. Nice.

After I decided to stop off the bike for the time being after hearing the words of Sadiq Khan yesterday, apparently Ned Boulting has now disappeared from Twitter after getting a load of shit for saying summat similar. That's what I heard anyway. I've since invested a small amount of my hard-earned in a budget turbo trainer to keep the legs turning in the meantime. I'm not expecting it to be a lot of fun but at least I can have some headphones on and listen to some sweet sounds for a change whilst I'm pedaling.
