Comfort Food+

An odd Mother's Day!  Fortunately Child No1 did 'Facetime' from south London; where he is doing up his house.  

We were able to go for a quiet walk in the countryside; with suitable Social Distancing from everybody, including Child No2.  Saw some spectacular swan porn!  It was so rough that at one point I though one of them was dead.  However it was up and engaged again after a few moments.  (It was too far away to get a picture.  On this occasion I did not have the right camera.)

Finished the day with Roasted Butternut Squash & Red Onion, with tahini, pine nuts, za'atar and parsley; lovely!!!  Shout out for Yotam Ottolenghi!
