On The Terrace

So we arrived in Carcassonne yesterday to find that the hotel we had booked for was closed, because people had been cancelling due to the virus. But the good news was that we had been upgraded to their sister hotel, which has this wonderful view from its terrace of the ramparts of the old town and the surrounding countryside. We will try to make the most of all this despite the current circumstances.
