J+6 -Community

The village community is starting to get organised and a group was set-up to saw face masks for the local hospital and old-people's home as they do not have enough (which is a scandal). As I am not a great seamstress (understatement),  I lent my mum's old sowing machine to a lady I had not met before but who happens to be from the village in the Alps very close to where my parents retired. 

I have not set foot outside the house for more than 48 hours but will need to go a water the allotment tomorrow if the rain promised does not materialise.
