A Season

For everything there is a season,
A time for every activity under heaven.
A time to be born and a time to die.
A time to plant and a time to harvest.

These words were brought to my mind this morning; quite appropriately as we went to a funeral later in the day.The quotation was used by the singer/songwriter Pete Seeger in 1959 when he wrote' Turn, Turn, Turn,' a song made very popular by The Byrds.
