Mount Gold

... looking down on the Clutha River.  Today we walked by ourselves from Stevenson Road to the mouth of the Cardrona River and back.  Had our lunch by the river in the sun - not a soul around with just the sound the the fast flowing Clutha.  One extra taken from higher up the track.  Further restrictions are being imposed on us due to the virus with the highest level of restrictions coming into play in 48 hours.
