Another greenbelt view

A quick walk at the greenbelt today....lots of color that almost looks like fall but it's the willows and bushes around the lake beautifying it all.  I wanted to get a walk in before the oncoming rains predicted for the rest of the week.  My son set me up on zoom so I can have my grandson "call" me when he wants to and today I did zoom with my granddaughter ---its on thieir little pads so that was fun and I felt bette now knowing maybe more communication with them is possible.  I think it's great that their family does a zoom conference thing with their Bellingham cousins and they have dinner "together"....very creative idea.      We are really hunkering down and I'm of the mind set still that we need to shut the state down now as Ca. did ---I thind we need a uniform national policy of this.  We are still about ten days behind what's going on in Italy and if you have read stories from individuals there you would be very concerned and see the importance of doing all we can to prevent the numbers rising if at all oossible.  
    The flowers are blooming here....at least daffodils and forcythias and all the flowering trees..  An uplifting sight.
