Peace and space

An hour up the M5 and back today, to take Zara to her 'foster mum'. She lives in a pretty village near Tewkesbury, so there will be lots of lovely and unfamiliar countryside for Zara to enjoy. I stopped in a lane to take this shot as the empty fields with the Malvern Hills (I presume) in the background looked just so peaceful. I did rather enjoy the headspace of the drive too.

Now my older daughter B and her partner are home, the house feels full. It will be an interesting dynamic as we negotiate the days ahead.
