We change into our swimsuits 4 metres apart and swim 3 metres apart

This photo tells a story as it is unusual for us not to cluster together and chat.

When we come out of the sea we change back into our clothes quickly - no chatting, no coffee, no social interaction whatsoever and then into our cars and go home

This is how it has to be.
