Friendly Frog
A fine dry day, but cold and breezy. Mostly cloudy, but there was some brighter spells in the afternoon. A windy night.
A morning around the house, and the daily cleaning. Plenty of walkies with Sammy throughout the day, and a run out west in the afternoon. Sammy was delighted to get the whole Reawick beach to himself. I've not seen mam on Mother's day, but we did video chat. A quiet night by the fire, and some terrible movies. Things got serious with Coronavirus here. The RAF flew a military plane up to Sumburgh, to collect a man who is needing intensive care. The First Minister mentioned it in her speech this afternoon. Things are getting worse, and so scary.
It was good to be out alone this afternoon, and forget about troubles, but not to let the guard down either. We had a walk through some small woods, and then down to the ponds. The ponds were a hive of activity, with breeding noisy frogs. One peerie guy seemed fairly friendly, and happy to sit in my hand for a brief moment. Taken at Da Gairdens, Sand.
