Friday Feeling

Surprised to feel a wee sigh of relief for the end of the week. Things didn't seem so bad today, and there seemed to be more answers and less questions than at the start of the week.

The kids were on good form today, though The Bear had a very difficult night with her breathing. The cough and fever took a turn for the worse, and she had very fast breathing and heart rate. Since her breathing rate doesn't seem to be improving, and we have been to hospital with this twice previously, I made a telephone appointment with the GP. The chat with the GP confirmed the course of action/medication that I thought we needed, so that was reassuring. I spent a large proportion of the day trying to stop her brother from sitting on her! This made me realise how much rough and tumble they have day to day. A lot.

The most popular activity today was creating menus for soft toys, and serving them their lunch. The restaurant got very busy and we had to turn away some customers. There was a very deflated looking cat, third in the queue, from the sign that read 'Too menee custmerz so pleez stai awai'.
