Happy Mother’s Day

A different one for everyone this year but the sunshine helped a lot. I played online scrabble with mum on FaceTime then we managed a kite flying session for C and new bike riding for R with the requisite space between us and anyone else on the field.

Mowed the lawn, T made biscuits with R and then we settled down to a lovely roast dinner tonight.

Actually a really nice day in the sunshine, a hard day for many and so many changes that we’re all
coping with but I sincerely hope that people will take notice now and just stay home. We certainly intend to.
