The Long Road

We popped round to pass on a Mother's Day card and gift to my (Chris) mum, a bit odd talking 5 metres apart but that is how it has to be for now. We collected shopping and then headed back home. It was encouraging seeing fewer people out and about than yesterday.

Late afternoon, I popped out to get some photos whilst Annie was doing a jigsaw. Again it was good to see those people out were keeping their distance, it was pretty quiet anyway. 

This evening Annie's made some very tasty cookies. She remembered them from visiting a family friend 40 years ago and recently got the recipe. I agree with Annie's view, they are awesome.
