Guildford Cathedral

I had a sleepless night last night worrying whether or not we should go and see our son and family, and then early this morning he text me and more or less said don't come!   As well as Mothering Sunday today is my granddaughter's 8th birthday, so we had presents etc and stuff we wanted to take to their house.   We met our son halfway between Petersfield and Reigate (Guildford Cathedral) and keeping our distance transferred things from his car boot to ours and from our car boot to his.   When we had both got home we Skyped and sung Happy Birthday!   Relief really because it would have been impossible not to give my two granddaughters hugs.
