Nesting

Went for a stroll around Duddingston today-it was looking stunning with the Loch, the wild fowl, the various community gardens and Dr Neil's Lochside garden.
We were attracted by this Jackdaw pair who were very busy and excited building a nest in a well chosen tree hollow.  They were definitely chatting to each other about all the finer points of their task.
I have popped up a picture of myself for my Mum, who I was not able to visit today.
