Nice house

But not the view I wanted to be looking at this afternoon.
Wind speeds between 20 and 24 knots with gusts to over 30 meant launching today was impossible.
Came home early this am and went for a breezy sunny walk this pm.
Hoping that tomorrow turns out better but am afraid the new owner may be waiting a long time if I can’t get her on the water then.
