Worm or Wet Nest Material?

What ever it was it's gone. A pair of blackbirds are very active, I think a nest is being built in a neighbour's garden (these birds have no taste), on the plus side they are removing rubbish from our garden and dumping it a couple of doors down the road.
It is important to be positive in these  troubled times.
