Online Party

Visited dad, did a little shopping for him but refused to take him out. He’s got a full freezer and lots of store cupboard food and a few weeks of prescriptions ... I put on a brave face when I left but I know it’s the isolation he will struggle with.

More cheerful this evening as my friend set up an online party on Google Hangouts - G&T in hand we enjoyed talking to friends in London, Hertfordshire, Yorkshire and Edinburgh. One couple we could hear but not see, another we could see but no sound and one refused to join via Google so he was shown the screen by phone!

We are all going to be very creative with everything in the coming months.
