Galette Complète
Galette complète (savory buckwheat crepe with prosciutto, ementhaler, and an egg), arugula salad, and some more prosciutto on the side. We shall be following it up with champagne (Piper Heidsieck Brut).
I was happy to come across some French buckwheat flour and knew immediately I would be making these. They were delicious and brought up memories of France (alas, a Paris trip we had planned for this June may
not happen this year given the current crisis).
