Life goes on

I had a sports massage booked for this morning but I wasn’t sure if it would happen. I’m pleased to say that it did. It was good to get out.

HtP met me afterwards and we went to visit an elderly friend. We phoned her first and then stood at her gateway while we spoke.

We then went for a walk around the town and bought some vegetables at a market stall. I’ll be able to cook lots of meals now.

We had a takeaway coffee in the sun.

This lady was on her way to get her shopping.

We then spent some time tidying and cleaning the conservatory. It’s once again a lovely peaceful place.

We then did some gardening and have repotted some of the succulents.

It was a lovely day.
