Self isolating with Rosie

Haven't blipped for a while, work and other commitments got in the way. Thought about reactivating last month when I had a week in Spain visiting a friend but didn't quite get around to it!

I have been working 12-14 hour days all week so today have been absolutely shattered. Slept in and spent all day in my pyjamas. Just had supper I had some sausages from the butcher in the freezer so served that with roasted kale and beetroot. When I went to Sainsbury's on Thursday evening the only thing that was left in terms of fruit and vegetables were bunches of beetroot and kale, so bought that and roasted it in olive oil with garlic, chilli and olive oil.

After supper Rosie jumped on my lap, when she's relaxed she always sticks her tongue out.
