Friend portrait...

Here is another portrait of another friend who appears in my blips regularly. I am having huge fun with the borrowed lens and particularly like it for portraits.

Today is my blubber busting weigh-in day but I didn't want to post an image of scales for two reasons. Firstly, I had a better image, and secondly, the news was not good. I gained a half a pound instead of losing weight. Today I have rebelled and not thought at all about my regime but it's back to it tomorrow.
