Nunnington Hall

No park run but our race director Emma did a live briefing at 8:55 to everyone. Decided on a bike ride and rode out to Nunnington Hall. The house is shut but a lovely invitation to enjoy the gardens. The resident Peacock looked a little bemused at the lack of human activity. 

The ride home was a challenge as there was a strong headwind. However being cheered up the market place by another park runner did help on the last leg.

Such a nice day ended up in our back yard potting up plants and getting rid of the winter detritus. Always good when you can see where you have been. Followed by a spot of stairway spindle painting. Feel I have done something positive with my day.
