Temple Grafton

It was a nice sunny day today.  Not particularly warm, but a change from the grey, drizzly rain we have been having.

As usual we went out for a drive this afternoon, today to Temple Grafton.  We parked up by the school and took a walk along the road to Ardens Grafton.  There were a few people around who needed avoiding but that wasn't a problem.

On the way back to the car I took a couple of photos of St. Andrews Church (believed to be the place where Shakespeare married Anne Hathaway), with the budding magnolia tree in the foreground.  This church is directly opposite where we used to live, I saw that our old house was undergoing some major restructure.

I didn't go into the churchyard.  When my mother was alive and used to visit us she would look out of the bedroom window a say that she could see spirits walking amongst the gravestones, this was years before she developed Alzheimer's.  I always had the feeling our house was haunted.
