Social Distancing?

Rant alert.

Over the last three days it has felt like a summertime bank holiday (minus sunshine and warm weather) here in our village.

If you go into the local Co-op or butcher there are day trippers clearing the shelves openly telling locals that they heard that our shops still have 'essentials' that they can't find nearer to home. We now have a situation where the shops are having to close for an hour or so to restock. There has been queues of traffic coming into the village all day. There are no spaces left in the car park and, the forest feels like Sauchiehall Street on a busy Saturday. 

So much for social distancing.

We will need to start walking very early in the morning.
