Emergency delivery

This lemon meringue tart was among the foodstuffs I ordered from our local farm shop yesterday and was delivered today. My healthy eating buddies were appalled!

The meringue was mostly air but it tasted absolutely divine! I’ve told the Ards Man that this was a singular occurrence, rather than an essential.

Since the AM got his wind vane installed (see blip of 19 March) he has become a wee bit obsessive about reporting the wind direction. I’m hoping he calms down soon, as it’s not as terrifically interesting as he thinks. :)
