Pomegranate

I heard this tip once, about how to get the seeds out without giving yourself a nervous breakdown. It works an absolute treat. I thought I'd pass it on

Instead of cutting the crown off, chop it through the middle.

Squeeze each half by hand, like you would a lemon, and the seeds will come out.

When you can't get any more seeds out, turn it inside out and scrape out the remainder by hand.

Voila, no wooden spoons, water baths or frayed nerves :)
