Sunday in London

We had a lovely day, including a trip to the cinema to see Portrait of a Lady on Fire which was a gem.

I’m writing this less than a week later on Friday evening, 20 March, and already the world feels so changed. The cinemas are shut, cafés, restaurants and pubs are shut and we’re supposed to be much farther apart than the couple in the photograph.


Heaven help us.
