Fresh air!

After a morning of walking we had lunch and then sat out in the sun at the front door. So glad we brought the summer seat from Mum’s. I think it will be a lifesaver in the months to come.

Went to Culross but sat on the car looked across the Forth of Forth. Lots of people out walking on the coastal path.

Keeping in touch with everyone today by phone and texts. Joyce phoned tonight, cheery as ever. Later we passed her house and I could see her sitting in the kitchen. Gave the window a knock and passed on a virtual hug! She just loves it.
