An Anxious Look, Aylesford

I'm sure everyone has seen or expressed a look like this over the past few days. I woke up this morning feeling like I have finally caught my sister's cold but I still decided to do some exercise and go for a walk to help ease my anxiety slightly.
I'm still expected to go into work in London on Monday (now renamed the Lion's Den) and I'm feeling more and more worried about it - all to meet some bloody deadlines, yet if I don't go in I feel I will be letting down my other colleagues that are soldiering on. Many other people where I work will be allowed to work from home but that is not physically possible with my job, I have to be where the work is. 
The other main worry is getting in and out of London on the trains - I live over forty miles away from where I work so will have to take public transport. If I still feel like I've got the cold on Monday then I will not be risking it but I'm really stuck as what to do for the best.
I haven't felt like posting colour images for the past few days as everything seems much more black and white.
