A bit of sun after the downpour

This morning we were awoken by the sound of a tremendous downpour of rain. No thunder, just the pounding of water. But soon the sun peeked through and I was able to walk Laney. The water drops everywhere were beautiful!
Later today I pushed hubby to the end of the pier through light sprinkles to get our take out milkshakes, but sadly the diner is completely closed. At least I got some exercise, and hubby got some fresh air.
