The centre I go to set up a virtual timetable and through Skype we will do Minfulness, Art Therapy, drop in chats, 1:1 chats . Every morning there is mindfulness, which I did this morning. I was the only one but it was good to chat to a familiar face.
I'll do it every morning, got nowhere else to be.
My friend and I went for a walk this afternoon , down to the harbour and a circle round to Asda. Picked up a few things I could. Shelves were ridiculous.
I am feeling really anxious; not about one specific thing, just about everything. Selfishly I'm worried about not seeing anyone for a period of time, and loosing contact with people.
