Morecambe Bay

A walk into Grange this morning for groceries and to keep us active.  Lovely and sunny and almost warm,  Coffee on the way back on the Prom, outside in the fresh air.

Spoke to No 2 son who was on his way to Heathrow for his flight to Newcastle and back.  He has a spot of leave coming up and his roster is not as planned so he will not be flying for several weeks.
