too tired to Blip

Sorry folks, it's just been one of those days - an early start for root canal treatment, followed by a few mundane domestic chores and then work.

There was lots of cases to update, and a problem that should have taken 30 minutes to resolve ended up with us on site for nearly 2 hours - and the case remains stubbornly open. argh!!
