Nature Walk

Schools have closed for at least a month. So today we took a Nature walk looking at flowers closely, finding fir and spruce cones, selecting small round stones and then we found a swing hanging from the largest tree on the block. We created math problems on the sidewalk with colored chalk, and rolled the dice to practice addition.
Keeping a sense of balance in this time of Coronavirus fears, and wondering when normal life will resume. No time soon, I suspect..
