Misery Corfe Castle

You can just see Corfe Castle in the distance . We both had early dental appointments an hour away at the Purbeck side of the county so we took the opportunity afterwards to walk for a few hours at RSPB Arne . Pleasingly, they have also opened their sites for free during this crisis . It was so pleasant to walk and watch the curlews and other waders along with the deer going about their daily business unworried by the crisis of the human world .
We finished off at the cafe where we sat outside and watched a greater spotted woodpecker feeding . We met a lively older lady who was trying to work out how her android phone worked . Her companion was Australian and had to return home tomorrow, facing not only a difficult journey but 2 weeks quarantine when he arrives there . He was in his 70s. Maxine is a yoga teacher, livin* on her own so we downloaded WhatsApp for her and gave her our details . We felt a real connection so I shall keep in touch . 
We did tai chi tonight following precautions of spacing as there’s only 4 of us . 
Nature is definitely my balm at the moment - I feel panick6 when I’m not outside !
