On the phone

It's been a busy 24 hours, culminating in collecting my daughter from Uni. Youngest has had a text to stop going into school. Eldest is self isolating with a cough but is otherwise fine.

Work is incredibly busy, several of the team isolating at home. On and off the phone all day. Looks like my procurement to reduce recurring costs will have to be cancelled. That's lost us a saving equivalent to one full time persons wages.

Tomorrow I have several Skype meetings then urgent terms of reference to amend. Still waiting for some indication of whether we can drop some statutory work without financial penalty as we need to move the resource elsewhere in the system.
