We all had quite a lazy morning, which was nice.  No rugby, so nothing to rush for.  Eventually TT decided we had to get out – and he would take us on a mystery tour, except he realised he had gone the wrong way.  We ended up in Kelso, which was very nice, thought cold and windy.  We had a wander and a very tasty lunch, followed by another wee wander by the river. 

It was then home for TT and I to get ready to go out and meet friends for a meal.  We had a really lovely evening, although I was disappointed that they had run out of my main course, and I had to make a last minute change.  When we were departing we acknowledged that we may not all meet up again for some time, which is very sad.  We got a lift home, which was unexpected, but very welcome as it was raining.

This historic bench is in a park by the cricket pitch in Kelso.
