It feels a bit odd to be posting our 3000th consecutive blip given a lot of the world is on virtual house arrest. Hope this community can support people during their self-isolation and continue to be kind to all.

A working day at home for us both of course but I (Chris) had an outing late afternoon for my frozen shoulder to be checked up on following the steroid injection a few weeks back. It was good news, I have much more movement (and much less pain) so although it's not back to normal yet, it is headed in the right direction. Next visit scheduled for 3 months time. I stopped on the way to capture an image of the outdoors!!
