Paper work

This is the form everyone has to complete if they leave their home.
I had to take it out on dog walk today and we need another if we do the same tomorrow.
This was the first time Ive been for months but now I have my special shoes I’m determined to start again. Certainly much less painful and I’m pleased with them.
