Spicy Apple and Tomato Chutney

Friends offered me some apples last week from their plentiful orchard. So today I decided to make chutney. I'd gathered most of the ingredients earlier in the week and managed to find a neighbour with fresh root ginger to add the ultimate punch. Nine jars in all so plenty to share.
